Built in Utah, working across the United States

We build the system. Then we actually run it.

Most agencies hand you a login and a recorded walkthrough. We stay — configuring, monitoring and fixing the thing we built, because a system nobody maintains stops being a system within a year.

What we do

We consolidate the software a small business runs on — CRM, phone, calendars, payments, marketing, automation and AI agents — into one platform, then build and manage it for you.

Who we do it for

Small and mid-sized businesses across the United States, most often those with a team, a phone that rings, and more work coming in than their current tools can keep track of.

What we don't do

We don't sell software licences and disappear. We don't take a percentage of your revenue. We don't do vague retainers where nobody can say what was delivered this month.

Founded and led by Dallin Barnes

Dallin was born and raised in West Jordan, Utah, where competition, sports and hard work became a large part of his life early on. He played football, and finished as a state record holder in receiving yards, all-purpose yards and yards per carry.

What that left him with wasn't the records so much as the habit underneath them — preparation, repetition, and doing the unglamorous work when nobody is watching. It is the same habit this business runs on. The documented procedures, the fixed scopes, the monitoring nobody sees: none of it is exciting, and all of it is why the work comes out the same every time.

Over the past decade he has built a career as an entrepreneur, business leader, author and team builder, leading organizations across sales, recruiting, operations and business development. Hiring and leading teams is where Recruit, Lead, Succeed came from. Watching what automation was starting to absorb is where Obsolete came from.

Today he combines that competitive mindset with AI, automation, marketing and technology — helping business owners simplify their operations, grow their companies and reach their full potential.

Two books, both free on this site

The argument in them is the argument behind the company: the businesses that come through the next decade intact will be the ones that put systems in place before they had to, and led their teams well enough to keep them through the change.

How we decided to run this

Every one of these costs us money in the short term. They are here because the alternative is a business that churns clients as fast as it wins them, and we would rather build the other kind.

We publish our prices

All seventy-one modules, the plan tiers, the usage rates and the overage costs are on the website. You can work out your own number before you speak to anyone.

What it costs us: competitors can undercut us line by line, and some prospects self-select out. We think that's a fair trade for not wasting anyone's time.

We recommend the cheaper option when it's the right one

If your website already converts, we'll connect it rather than rebuild it. If written procedures solve the problem, we won't sell you a course build. If a native integration exists, there's nothing to buy.

What it costs us: smaller invoices. What it buys us is being believed the next time we say something is worth doing.

Scope is fixed before we start

Every module has a written scope and an hour budget behind it. Out-of-scope work gets quoted and approved before we touch it — never done first and invoiced after.

Why it matters: it's the boundary that keeps a project from turning into an open-ended bill, and it's why our technicians can deliver consistently.

Monitoring is included, not an upsell

We watch your automations and tell you when something breaks. Automations fail silently — a field goes empty, an integration changes — and nothing alerts you until revenue dips.

Why it matters: selling automation without watching it would mean selling something that quietly stops working. We're not comfortable doing that.

Your data stays yours

Export it whenever you like. If you leave, you get thirty days to take everything, we help you do it, and your phone number ports out without obstruction.

Why it matters: every prospect wonders how hard leaving will be. Answering it up front is worth more than the clients a lock-in would trap.

We take nothing from your transactions

You connect your own merchant account. Processing fees go to your processor at the rates you negotiated. We never sit in the middle of your money.

Why it matters: a percentage of revenue is the most profitable model in this industry and the one most likely to make a client feel taxed for growing.

How the work actually gets done

Consistency in this business comes from documentation, not from heroics. Everything we deliver runs off a written procedure, which is what lets a build come out the same whoever does it.

STEP 1

Scoped before quoted

We map what you need against the module catalog, so the proposal you get is a list of defined deliverables rather than an estimate.

STEP 2

Built from procedures

Routine configuration is executed by build technicians working from documented SOPs. Non-templated work — integrations, custom automation — goes to a senior builder.

STEP 3

Handed over, not dumped

Onboarding calls, recorded walkthroughs and written procedures for your team, so the system belongs to your staff rather than to whoever set it up.

STEP 4

Watched afterwards

Ongoing support with response times set by your plan, plus automation monitoring and periodic health checks to catch failures before you notice them.

Who else is involved

Some of what a growing business needs sits outside what we do. Rather than pretend otherwise, we have people we trust and we introduce you.

We are not paid for these referrals. No commission, no kickback, no reciprocal fee. If we point you at someone, it's because we think they're the right fit — and if they turn out not to be, we want to hear about it.

  • In-house legal We have an attorney inside the business. Contracts, compliance questions and the messaging law that governs what your system is allowed to do get looked at properly rather than guessed.
  • Referral partners Specialists we've worked with and would use ourselves — for the legal and marketing work that falls outside our catalog. Introduced free, with no financial interest on our side.
  • Build and support team Technicians and contractors working to documented procedures, supervised by us. You always know who is accountable for your account.
